Alan Jackson has been awarded with the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award at the 56th Annual Country Music Association Awards that took place last night.

Tuesday evening, the 64-year-old country music star was presented with this award at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena.

As Jackson said when he accepted the award, "I fell in love with country music as a teenager."
